What shoes are your charms compatible with?
Our charms are designed to fit Crocs™ and most clog-style footwear with standard charm holes.
Will my charm look exactly like the photo?
Some designs are available in multiple official variations. While you'll always receive the character or design you've selected, the exact version may differ slightly from the images shown depending on current stock availability.
Are the colours exactly the same as the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent our products, however colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
How do I put charms into my shoes?
Insert the charm at a 45° angle and gently press it into the hole until it clicks into place.
How do I remove a charm?
To avoid damaging your charm or footwear, push the charm out from the inside of the shoe rather than pulling it from the top.
I can't find the design I'm looking for. Can you help?
Absolutely! We're always adding new designs. If there's something specific you're after, send us a message - we may already have it in stock or be able to source it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes! We love working with schools, businesses, sporting clubs, organisations and events. Get in touch to discuss your bulk or custom order.
Do you offer custom charms?
Yes! We offer custom-made charms for businesses, events, sports teams, organisations and special occasions. Contact us for a quote.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship Australia-wide.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we generally don't accept returns for change of mind. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch.
